Singletrack is delighted to announce the appointment of Samir Saied as Chief Customer Officer. Samir has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services and technology, most recently as Director of Customer Success at SimCorp. Prior to that he held a number of individual contributor and leadership roles across support, consulting, change management, presales and account management at sell side, buy side and fintech institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and BlackRock Solutions.
As Chief Customer Officer, Samir will lead Singletrack’s global customer success strategy, with responsibility for Professional Services, Support and Customer Success. His focus will be on driving adoption, advocacy and measurable customer value, ensuring clients achieve maximum impact from Singletrack’s products and services as their businesses evolve.

Samir holds a BSc in Computer Science and Business Studies and MSc in Electronic Business Management from the University of Warwick.
