Q2 2025 Quarterly Benchmark Report
Insights
For only the second time, we’re including our analysis of the value of interactions. This section lifts the lid on how the sell and buy sides value different components of the advisory service, and how value differs across virtual and face-to-face interaction types. Take a look to learn how the landscape has changed since the last Report.
Activity continues to increase across the board, building on the momentum we could already see in Q1. Research production is up, and personalisation tools remain essential as a highly-targeted approach continues to deliver stronger results.
Sales teams continue to expand their coverage, managing more accounts and engaging with more contacts for deeper penetration. At the same time, we’re seeing a shift towards high-touch, high-value interactions.
Corporate access teams are seeing similar trends: the total number of meetings booked is going up while event participant numbers remain stable. 1-1 meetings are still a very popular format. As we’ve seen in sales, high-quality interactions are still key, even as efforts to broaden access continue.
