Singletrack’s new integrations with Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Monetise more virtual interactions and events

News

In the years since the coronavirus pandemic virtual meetings have cemented their position as a crucial format for capital markets events. Any comprehensive events strategy must incorporate virtual and hybrid formats alongside in-person meetings.

To achieve this, platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom have become essential parts of the capital markets toolkit. In our latest product release, we’ve made major improvements to the way Singletrack integrates with each of them.

Let’s take a closer look.

Microsoft Teams: logging interactions in one click

We know that Singletrack customers are now relying on Microsoft Teams for client interactions across a range of formats, including video calls and chat. Capturing, logging and tagging these interactions are essential to monetising the service they provide to their clients.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Connectify to build our new Microsoft Teams add-in, which means users can log interactions from teams in a single click.

Whether the interaction is happening in a video call, a meeting, or in the chat, content is summarised, tagged and logged as an interaction in the system without further input. This dramatically reduces the manual overheads of logging interactions in Singletrack. It’s making sure users get all the benefits of the Singletrack platform and Microsoft Teams without adding in context switching, additional steps, or flicking between windows.

This powerful integration is just the start of our engagement with Microsoft Teams. Watch this space for more news as we progress.

Zoom: create and manage virtual roadshows with ease

For many capital markets firms, Zoom meetings are a key part of how they deliver virtual roadshows. That’s why we’ve long had integrations in place to help manage roadshows in SIngletrack which will run as Zoom meetings.

Now, we’re extending this to include Zoom webinars, another key format many of our customers use to deliver events. As with our meetings integration, users can now use Singeltrack to manage Zoom webinars, with no need to switch between the two applications.

When creating and managing a roadshow in Singletrack, any underlying Zoom webinars needed to run the event will be created automatically in Zoom, without any need for the user to change applications. Each roadshow slot can be set up as a webinar, and the registration process is integrated as well: adding an attendee in Singletrack will automatically add them to the Zoom event as a registered attendee, setting up the webinar for you as you work in Singletrack.

You can also manage panelists from Singletrack, quickly and easily differentiating between the permissions your panelists and audience will require at the event. And if any attendees decline their invitation, they can be removed directly from Singletrack too.

The benefits are clear: there’s no need to manage a Zoom webinar in multiple places. You can create and manage an event in Singetrack, and Singetrack will take care of managing it in Zoom.

Create, manage and log virtual interactions with ease

With these updates to our Microsoft Teams and Zoom integrations, Singletrack is reducing the manual work associated with managing virtual events and interactions, so teams can spend less time switching between applications and more time on what really matters.
